This ferry cabin was larger than the original one and he sat on one of the lower bunks and gestured very clearly – but silently – for me to come here, over his knee.
I balked. The child was in the bathroom but still. The look came so I propelled myself off the other bed and over his lap.
Patting. Rubbing. A silent, firm, gentle smack.
The whispered threat.
You’re very cranky and you need a good spanking over my knee. With the hairbrush.
Some arguing. Another smack. A squeeze.
